Q. How good are your cameras?

A. Absolutely brilliant - but then again i would say that, seriously they are of excellent quality - Check out the specs.

They have a Sony digitally processed CCD which are known as the best in the industry, do not settle for a poor CMOS alternative as these are no where near s good as a digitally processed CCD they have a resolution of 480 or 520 TV lines which is excellent.

Q. What do i get in a complete kit?

A. Everything to get going - each kit comes with a high quality camera, suction mounting device,a 12v power lead (if a car) or a battery pack (if a bike kit) a robust foam filled carry case.

If you have both a car and a bike you can specify a optional bike or car power supply and mount

for an extra £20.

Q. What about recording?

A. a lot of people use their own camcorder nowadays as they are quite small. however we offer a high quality PVR with up to 12 hours of recording for £160 and will fit in the palm of your hand.

Q. Can buy spares or extra pieces?

A. Of course you can - It might ot be added yet on my website but feel free to contact us and we'll assist in your requirements.

Q. Can you use these kits on the road?

A. A lot of people do just that, although please dont get carried away and we dont condone anything silly on the public highway - certainly dont film your speedo as although rare cases have been brought against people and their home movies used as evidence against them.

Q. Why no phone number on your website?

A. Is it because i dont want to deal with customers?, no the truth is i dont have a dedicated tele-sales staff which in turn reduces costs which i can pass onto you my customer. I answer most of my queries through e-mail witch is covienient and to the point where i can spend my time dealing with like minded petrolheads who need their requests responding to and quickly. I will Answer all e-mails within 24 hours if not sooner.

Q. Why are you so cheap?

A. Because i keep my overheads to an absolute minimum i.e. i have low staffing levels, i dont have flash

premises with ott furnishings i dont need or rely on slick marketing or a flash website (which i did myself) i operate

by buying at the right price from the right suppliers and selling strictly by mail order from my modest unit.

I make a living not a killing, i want people to come back to me and buy again and tell their buddies what a good

deal they've got. That alone makes it worthwhile.
